The Healing Power of Compassion

WITH GEN WANGDEN

Compassion sounds appealing, but we’re often hesitant about it, too. We worry that if we care too much, we’ll burn out. This kind of thing happens, but not when we follow Buddha’s special instructions for training in pure compassion. Using his methods we will discover that pure compassion only heals both ourselves and others, and it never causes fatigue or pain. In fact it gives us tremendous energy and deep peace.

In this series we will explore Buddha’s special methods for training in pure compassion. Through putting them into practice we can develop a powerful, healing compassion that touches everyone around us.

Classes are self-contained—join at any time.
