In a world that moves fast, schedules are full and our mind feels like it’s racing, how can we experience a calm mind? Through learning to recognize those states of mind that are disturbing our peace and replace them with mindsets that generate peace of mind. In just 30 minutes, you can return to work or home more refreshed and clear.

You don't need to be Buddhist to benefit from these teachings. Each class includes a relaxing breathing meditation, a teaching, a contemplative meditation, and a closing dedication. Classes can be attended individually or as a series.
The Tuesday lunchtime meditation class is taught by Fred May with guest Kadampa teachers on occasion.
This class will be using the book Transform Your Life and Meditations for Relaxation booklet by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche which is available to purchase in the bookstore.
