Buddha Prajnaparamita chanted prayer (puja) and potluck dinner

  • Kadampa Meditation Center Indianapolis 4010 West 86th Street Indianapolis, IN, 46268 United States (map)

FREE Event!

The practice of The Great Mother chanted prayer involves the recitation and contemplation of the Heart Sutra, and can be used to overcome both external and internal hindrances, either for one’s own sake or for the sake of others. It is done in the context of relying upon Buddha Prajnaparamita. It’s helpful if you’ve come to the Prajnaparamita Empowerment, but not necessary to engage in this chanted prayer. A potluck dinner will follow the prayer. Please reach out to Amy at info@meditation-indianapolis.org to coordinate a non-alcoholic beverage, vegetarian dish or dessert to bring. Everyone is welcome!
