Perhaps your relationships are painful. You feel like your love isn’t reciprocated or you have arguments a lot. Join Gen Kelsang Zamling, Resident Teacher at KMC Chicago, to explore how you can love more purely and let go of expectations of others. Using wisdom methods, we can skillfully open our hearts to loving others without pain.
“Pure love is unmixed with attachment and stems entirely from a concern for others’ happiness. It never gives rise to problems but only to peace and happiness for both ourself and others. ” - Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
This retreat will be using The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. It's not required to have this book, but some people like to have them on hand during the event or read more afterward. You can purchase books in our Bookstore & Shop before and after the retreat.
