Most people believe that it is not possible to have permanent peace and happiness. If we can use the six perfections to change our mind, we can keep a permanent positive mental state all the time. This six-week series will explore this basic Buddhist method of attaining harmony in our lives. Classes will consist of learning, contemplating and meditating on this beautiful practice. This is a drop-in class, and each class is self-contained. No previous experience is necessary
Fred has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 15 years, and has been teaching for more than a decade. He is also a nursing professor at the University of Indianapolis. Fred is a sincere practitioner with a wealth of knowledge on the teachings of Buddha and meditation practice.
