Freedom from Anger & Anxiety

Although most people feel that a certain amount of anger or anxiety are to be expected in life, these inner problems cause so many problems for ourself and others. Using mindfulness methods and guided meditation, this series of classes will focus on practical and effective solutions to reduce and eventually stop anger and anxiety once and for all.
