Public Talks

Kadampa Meditation Center Indianapolis supports the local and worldwide community by offering teachings and advice on how to live a happy, peaceful, and meaningful life. Many practitioners from the Center, when requested, make visits to offer advice and prayers to those who are sick, dying, or suffering.

The Center is also very happy to provide a speaker to educate organizations, schools, and colleges about meditation and the Buddhist way of life.

School & College Visits

We would be happy to arrange for a Buddhist teacher to come to your school or college to give a talk to a class or lead an assembly. Or, if your school would like to arrange for a visit to our Center, please contact us.

We offer a tour of the meditation room, a short talk, and a guided meditation. The students will meet practicing Buddhists who may be ordained or lay, and will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions. We are happy to adapt our programs to your specific needs.
